Rolling Returns Calculator

Rolling returns calculator for Indian mutual funds

Most fund returns are quoted from one convenient start date. A rolling return instead asks what you would have earned by investing on every day in a fund's history and holding for a fixed number of years, then shows the whole spread of those results. The gap between the best and the worst of them is how much your entry date mattered.

Search any of the 502 funds below to see its average, median, best and worst holding periods, how consistently it cleared each threshold, and how the Direct and Regular plans compare.

Statistics are computed from all daily rolling windows in the selected range. Chart resolution changes the plotted line only, never these numbers.

How the calculator works

Every figure above is computed in your browser from the fund's complete daily NAV history — nothing is precomputed or rounded off in advance. Changing the holding period or narrowing the date range recalculates from the underlying NAVs, so the numbers describe exactly the stretch of market history you have selected rather than an approximation of it.

Returns are annualised (CAGR). The Regular plan is trimmed to begin on the same day as the Direct plan, so a comparison between the two is never distorted by one of them having covered more market history than the other.

Every one of the 502 funds sits in one of these 30 categories. Each category page lists its funds and, where there is enough history to compute one, the category average over every holding period.
